The extraction methods of tea polyphenols from tea mainly include precipitation separation method, adsorption separation method, organic solvent extraction method, low temperature purification enzyme extraction method, salting-out method, the new developed methods include supercritical solvent extraction. Here we introduce the most commonly used calcium salt precipitation separation method. After crushing, the tea leaves are soaked in hot water at 80 ℃ for 30min in the extraction kettle, filtered, the filter cake is washed with a small amount of boiling water, the washing solution is combined with the filtrate, and other components such as caffeine can be extracted after the filter cake is dried.
